Chew Cafe
Chew Café is a nutrition program thar develops recipes and package recipe boxes
for children from the age of 7 to 11, Participants prepare the recipes with a
guardian and demonstrate their efforts in video recordings. These videos are
uploaded to the Successful Kids YouTube channel. This program enhances
reading and math skills as well. The kitchen can be reclaimed as a means of
bonding and bringing lives together.
Color My Plate with Pilot Rainbow
The Building Healthy Lifestyles program features our “Color My Plate with Pilot
Rainbow” nutrition game initiative created and patented by Successful Kids
Learning Solutions facilitates developing healthy eating habits for children between
the ages of 6 to 10. Activities include repetition of basic nutrition concepts,
including label reading, proper serving sizes, and appropriate utilization of fats,
salts, and carbohydrates. Children will engage in interactive activities to build
skills for nutritious meal planning and incorporating healthy snacking option. This
game is played over a 6-week period with a specific curricular designed by the
game developer. The game was awarded patent January 2018. Gardening activities
will also be incorporated as a part of the curriculum with a community garden on
the premises where participants will learn the principles of sowing and growing
vegetables This initiative is known as “Sowing and Growing with Pilot
Rainbow”. Basic knowledge questions are integrated into the game, “Color my
Plate with Pilot Rainbow.”
