The  8 Core Values for Successful Kids Learning Center

Affordability:
We work closely with our non-profit sector, Successful Kids Learning Solutions, to allow us to implement a funding program to assist our clients in participating in our various resources. We believe that all children, regardless of their ability to pay, deserve to have the resources to equip them for future success.

Integrity: We will speak the truth and stand by our promises. We commit to the highest forms of ethical behavior. We will readily acknowledge mistakes and devise action plans for correction when necessary.

Compassion: Compassion involves being mindful of the thoughts, emotions, and experiences of others. Walking in the shoes of the families being served empathetically shows genuine concern in assessing, identifying, and addressing their needs. . We will always provide a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Performance: We strive to deliver excellent service in all that we do. We are committed to having well-trained and professional staff. We will strive to hold ourselves accountable and responsible for consistently delivering high-quality, superior service. We will continually evaluate our services to ensure we make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Relationships: We acknowledge that we cannot be complete without the help of others. We will maintain collaborative relationships with significant partners. We will actively engage with people and institutions to share information, ideas, and resources to help our clients to achieve their goals.

Respect for Diversity: We understand that our clients are different. They come to us from different backgrounds, having had different life experiences. As a result, they will respond to situations with different approaches. We will respect their right to have differing opinions, while at the same time, we will blend these differences into positive lessons.

Health Conscious: We value the health of our participants. We strive to promote a health-conscious environment with appropriate infection control protocols. With a registered nurse on staff, we care for mildly ill children requiring medications and simple condition management therapies. We will implement routine safe, full-filled physical activities to promote each child’s physical well-being. We also promote preventive health education.

Organizational Excellence: Successful Kids endeavors ongoing efforts to establish internal standards and processes to engage and motivate staff to deliver services that fulfill customer requirements within business expectations. The ultimate goal is to make quality improvements continually.
